Karen Gets To Know Her Husband's Friends
Karen had met her husband Charles on a dating site she just happened to find on the internet. He had
always been polite and friendly and respectful of her and all of her friends. He once told her that he wished he had
found friends like she had.
Charles's friends were more of the kind you meet in bars and strip clubs. They (his friends) were not
the kind you took home to meet the parents. Although some of them did try occasionally to act like they had
manners, most of them just didn't care how they talked or what they said to people in general. And it was for that
reason he didn't introduce them to Karen. At least that was how he had been when he first met Karen.
He had always been ambitious and had talked to Karen on several occasions that he would love to
learn how to film movies. Of coarse Karen had always told him that he should learn how to do what he wanted and
that she would back him a hundred percent in his decision.
Charles had a few dark secrets in his past that he never talked about to Karen. But it was like a two
way street for them because Karen also had some dark secrets in her past that she kept to herself. Her secrets were
partly shameful and partly afraid to ever let anyone know.
Charles's secrets were more of the type that could land him as well as some of his friends in jail for a
very long time if anyone ever found out. And his friends who were involved were the ones he was close to more than
some of the others he hung around with. They shared a dark secret that only they knew and others would have
turned them in to the law for.
Karen's problem was that she wanted to tell Charles about her dark secret but was afraid their if he
knew, he would leave her. And the thought of losing him forced her to keep her secret to herself. While Charles's
secret friends would eventually get around to suggesting that they get involved with Karen. He knew he would have
no choice but to agree with them, and in a way he thought it would be interesting to see how she would react.
He had figured everything right about his secret friends. One day they came to him with their idea. They
