Refund Policy

Short version: a book is refundable to your shard wallet within 24 hours of purchase, as long as you have read less than 30% of it. Here is exactly how it works.

Refunding a book

You can refund a book purchase if both are true:

It has been less than 24 hours since you bought it.
You have read less than 30% of it.

When approved, the shards you spent are returned to your wallet.

How to request one: open the account menu → Library → find the book → click “Request Refund.” The button only appears while a purchase is still eligible.

After 24 hours, or once you have read 30% or more of a book, all sales are final and the book is no longer refundable.
