417 words·3 min read

In a quaint, suburban house, the scent of freshly baked cookies filled the air. Samantha, a vibrant young woman with brunette hair cascading over her shoulders, pulled the last tray out of the oven. Her round, seven-month pregnant belly strained against her apron as she set the warm cookies on a wire rack to cool.
